Mission Statement
Shangri-La Home Care aims to promote independence, choice, well-being, and dignity for the elderly, adults with disabilities, and their families through a comprehensive, coordinated home and community-based services system.
We will do this by providing support and services, including Supported Living Coaching, In-home support, Companion, Personal Care Assistance, and Respite care while complying with all regulations, Core Assurances, and the Handbook of Service Delivery of a holistic person-centered integrated home care model and supports.
Vision
Our vision is to equip individuals with the capacity to live, learn, and engage in their communities in healthy and meaningful ways by delivering high-quality services and programs focused on social, emotional, and physical well-being. We aim to foster and strengthen meaningful relationships among the elderly and individuals with developmental disabilities, while nurturing strong connections with their families, friends, and the communities they belong to.
